Fix blog reader counter

After the rename, the blog reader counter is reset, as the link in plausible is not the same anymore

What blog reader counter? Do you have a link to it?

Its here lines 28-44. Its just an API-request to plausible to obtain the visitor count of the specified blog page and render it on the page. After renaming, this count is always zero
