Add dprint as a formatter

Hello, I would like to add dprint as a formatter. I have it working locally and I'm attaching a a patch for the current work. I can put in more work and make a real PR if there is interest.

Maybe you should make a Pull Request with your cool patch.

It will be easier for repository owner to merge it
