problem with image renderer when nodes include svg elemens instead of text icons

The image renderer wont work in this case showing multiple messages of
BaseTexture added to the cache with an id [data:image/svg+xml;base64,PHN2Z....L2c+Cjwvc3ZnPgo=] that already had an entry
and repeats multiple times, probably for each element.

Anyone has an idea how to solve this?
