Releases/Binary

It would be nice to have a Releases in form of a tarball, or even just the executable. This would make downloading much easier and smaller. Also, installing hpdf/libharu from source is quite painful, and having a precompiled binary would make the installation (of present) much easier.

I've created a fork of this repo containing a binary at https://gitlab.com/gregorni/present, but I'll keep this issue open for review/discussion nevertheless.
