部分视频无法上传

在上传部分视频时，会发生上面的错误。这并不是ratelimit的问题，同IA账户可以上传其他视频。切换其他账户上传也无法上传。

这种情况下程序会退出，导致无人值守情况下停止archive。并且，未上传走的视频仍然在占用机器的空间。
