As OpenAI write, they released a new
large-v3-turbomodel in September 2024. Afaster-whisperissue references a Hugging Face model usable with it. This PR adds the option to choose this model. According to benchmarks and my test, it seems worth adding. According to the docs offaster-whisper'sdownload_model()function, you have to use the Hugging Face "username/repository" format to utilize the model.EDIT: See also openai/whisper#2363 (e.g., bottom two diagrams in initial post).
