[Docs] Update onboarding and setting up the project docs

• Starting fifa-api server (https://github.com/sauravhiremath/fifa-api) alongside this repo (npm start should work for starting both projects)
• You won't be able to login, before starting the server in background
• Start mongoDB server in background. Ex: mongod for linux
