(Feature Request) Mission Stick Support

It seems that the menu locks out controls when the Mission Stick is inserted into slot 1.

Satiator Menu - 66
Satiator Firmware 157

Steps to reproduce:

1. Boot console with Satiator inserted and Mission Stick in slot 1 and load the menu.
2. The buttons and joystick are unresponsive when the Mission Stick is plugged in and stays unresponsive until it is unplugged and a regular controller is plugged in.
