[Bug] "Add New Warranty" dialog contains stale data when adding warranties back-to-back

I'm in the process of populating Warracker with items and noticed that the Add New Warranty dialog contains some stale data when adding another warranty right after a previous one: The product photo is still the same as from the last warranty, as are the selected tags.

Warracker version: 1.0.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to Warracker and hit "Add New Warranty"
2. Enter a product name, proceed to "Warranty" tab
3. Enter a purchase date, proceed to "Documents" tab
4. Choose a photo, proceed to "Tags" tab
5. Select a tag and add the Warranty
6. Hit "Add New Warranty" without navigating anywhere else
7. Enter a product name, proceed to "Warranty" tab
8. Enter a purchase date, proceed to "Documents" tab
9. The product photo is already selected from the previous product
10. Choose a different photo, proceed to "Tags" tab
11. The tags used in the previous warranty are still selected
