I've worked through the shell integration troubleshooting tips and I am still having issues

Problem

Cline is able to run console commands, but cannot read the output. Shell integration in vscode appears to be working otherwise, since the little icons in the margins appear. I've gone through the troubleshooting tips and modified the zshrc and it still isn't working

I have the same situation when running Roo Code extension on a ssh remote ubuntu machine from a windows laptop
