To fork maintainers: let's collaborate upstream

I'm Santiago, the maintainer of career-ops. I've noticed several of you have built regional or CLI-specific forks — great to see the interest!

Instead of maintaining separate forks, consider contributing upstream. We have a modes/{lang}/ architecture ready for regional markets, and your work would reach 30K+ users instantly.

What we just shipped in v1.3.0:

• Zero-token portal scanner (73+ companies, zero LLM cost)
• Ghost job detection (Block G)
• 8 languages (EN, ES, DE, FR, JA, KO, PT-BR, RU)
• Full community governance with contributor ladder
• 10 bug fixes including security hardening

The goal with my fork was to transform it from Claude Code to Hermes Agent.
Ill consider looking into how this could be done upstream but it was substantial.

i did some minor refactoring of mine to replace the claude code dependency with opencode and Ollama Integration
