x1508 core—As TS (Katy) I want to register in sections covering multiple slots to align with x1290

Slot address should allow multiple entries, e.g. A1,B1,C1, for section to cover area, and map layout like x1290 and colours different sections a different colour, automatically assigned.

Also update file upload.
