x1499-1a client— update block labware generation UI to support multiple samples in a block

This story updates the UI as part of the #1142 changes.
The UI needs to support multiple samples within a block when the selected labware type is Provisatte or Cassette.
In the updated block model, a block can contain multiple slots.

@KatyTudor - It would be easier if we had a predefined block labware dimension that the lab uses. If not, the UI could allow the user to enter the labware dimensions (number of rows and columns) and generate a labware layout on the fly.

@sabrine33 how complicated is doing it on the fly? I think we'd had defined layout 4x4 or 5x10 or something so it can be validated

not that much, it involves adding new feature to the Client (~ 1/2 days extra dev)

@sabrine33 that would be great on the fly yes please, with validation not to duplicate slot addresses on the same labware?
