Describe the Housekeeping
22 Bioscan compound samples in the samples table in MLWH have consent_withdrawn set to 1 (but no date_of_consent_withdrawn or marked_as_consent_withdrawn_by entries).
For these samples ONLY set the consent_withdrawn field to 0.

Tasks
- Create script to make change. Ideally run changes within a transaction.
- Check script changes ONLY impacts chosen samples IN UAT or training before applying to production.
- Run script against production.
