Create flag for homozygous alternatives

### Description of feature

For many of our genome assemblies we have sequenced a single individual that would be used both for genome assembly and for variant-calling. The only variants expected are heterozygous ones. An homozygous variant would be in direct contradiction with what the assembler called.
However, it can still happen because of duplicated regions, e.g. in repeats, etc.
