In accordance with the DOE’s requirements, any software released under an Open Source Software (OSS) license should be marked:

“Copyright 2022 National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC (NTESS). Under the terms of Contract DE-NA0003525 with NTESS, the U.S. Government retains certain rights in this software.”

The above notice should appear before the OSS license. This notice and the OSS license are the ONLY terms that should appear in the software or the associated web site. No other disclaimers or notices should be used.
