Create the edit translation popup on the admin dashboard

Admins should be able to edit translations on resources for:

• Resource titles
• Summaries
• Descriptions
• Eligibility criteria
• Category tags
• Accessibility tags
• Language tags
• Clicking “save” should send a request to our API with the edited translations.

Hi PL I have some questions, much appreciated if you can give me some more insights :D

Is the last step to send a post request to api/admin/resources?
How do we store resources in different languages in our db?
Also, is there a deadline for this ticket LOL?

1. yes, last step is to send post request somewhere
2. idk, this is the frontend ticket, actually storing translations is for the backend people to figure out LMAO
3. not really, if you spend more than 3 hours on this ticket in a week then u should message me

EDIT: if you're going to work on this ticket before the backend one, i'd say focus on just transforming the data into a sendable format that is easily changeable since we don't have the translation part specified yet
