total number of valid pincodes in India are 1,48,809
But your file shows only 11,043.
Very very few they are.

Other issues like accuracy, correctness, I am not touching.
Now, not clear, how to take up the lat ad long details of this pin code, for any practical use

@shiv-chaturvedi-94 this is a very old and unmaintained repo. Please see https://groups.google.com/g/datameet/c/yVahDA639wA for a thread about a more recent source (though that's pretty old too)
