Skips during revolution generating "While... " message

If I get skipped during the revolution, I shouldn't get the While you were occupied message, because it'll be blank below it.

should be fixed. also note -- this will happen in the arena, so if not every location-advancing puzzle also has a side effect (kill/resource), please let me know.

Reopening... this happens if I'm skipped over a puzzle that's supposed to kill me, which means nothing occurs at that location. Oops!
