Lazygit requires config to be in different places depending on OS

Solutions:
- Put a single file in 2 places depending on OS (not sure if possible with chezmoi)
- Set the config directory of lazygit (not sure if possible with lazygit.nvim)
- Create a PR to lazygit to support .config directory
