Switch to more modern colour syntax

I'd like to explore using a different colour space, perhaps oklch().

Moreover, I currently have a number of tints and shades of certain colours stored using hex values that I've got from Figma. Though it's only newly available, I'd like to move to using color-mix() to generate these.
