Add tagging functionality to blog posts

While slightly useless for now, given the small number of posts on the site, having the ability to group posts by topic is something I imagine will be desirable in the future.

There are two aspects to this:

1. Add the ability for posts to be tagged with any number of tags
2. Create a template that can be used to view relevant posts
