High priority vulnerability found in Linkify dependency

Yarn audit shows high priority vulnerability in linkify library:

To upgrade linkify to latest, imports need updated as linkifyjs/react and linkifyjs/html were split into separate packages linkify-html and linkify-react. Options interface has also changed, and @types/linkifyjs needs upgraded.
