Upgrade to .NET Standard

I'm trying to upgrade the project to .NET Standard which means transitioning to Lucene.NET 4.8 (beta 6).

Managed to upgrade and fix most issues, however I'm struggling to implement the AddressAnalyzer in the new format and wondered if you've continued to use Lucene.NET to know how to implement your analyser in later versions?

I appreciate this hasn't been worked in 5 years but any advice and I'll do a PR to upgrade the full project.

Thanks for the interest! To be honest the focus of the project was a prrof of concept to see how easy it was to parse the PAF format and that's what the main code does.

With regards to Lucene, that was a simple example of how you could do a fuzzy text match over an address (if memory servers me right, we just pass the fully formatted address to Lucene), with the idea you could do a text search for "2 Church Stret" and it would try to match against "2 Church Street". Therefore, it might be easier to just rewrite the parts that use Lucene.

If you've managed to upgrade the otheer projects I'd happily accept the PR and I'll take a look at the Lucene one, not a problem (i.e. you can skip that project and leave as is for the PR).
