Redlock key prefix in redis

Hi! Great thanks for your package. It's very useful and works stable.

I have small question. During creating lock via CreateLockAsync method I've set keyName as param. For example "myapplication.myservice", but in Redis I' found key "redlock:myapplication.myservice". As I understand "redlock" prefix was added under the hood.

It it possible to remove this key? I have't found right way....

You can set the key format using the RedisKeyFormat property of RedLockEndpoint or RedLockMultiplexer (depending on how you're connecting).

It defaults to redlock:{0}, so you could set it to {0} and use myapplication.myservice as the key name, or set it to myapplication.{0} and use myservice as the key name.
