Can we implement the deeplink on a website and recieve payment completion response?

Hello sir,
Can we place a deeplink in a website that invokes a UPI app. After the user pays, can the website receive the payment status ( failed/successful/submitted) response from UPI app? I want a website to do the same thing your app does, is it possible ?
