Include instructions on how to build the extension for a specific DuckDB version

This extension looks very interesting, and I think it will make life easier for all those people who use AWS temporary credentials!
I built the extension successfully on my Mac targeting DuckDB master branch.
However, it would be great if you can provide some hints on how to build it by targeting a specific DuckDB release (i.e: 0.8.1).

Moreover, are there any plan to publish this extension as a standard DuckDB extension?
It would make it even easier to use it in DuckDB and MotherDuck!

Hi @AlessandroLollo, thanks for your interest! Yes this extension definitely should help out a bunch of people! Also yes, this will become a standard duckdb extension! I'm planning for this extension to be generally available for the next (v0.9.0) release of DuckDB.

I'm currently working towards integrating this extension into duckdb's main CI, but there are a few difficulties there which is why i haven't released it on github.com/duckdblabs yet. When I sort out the CI/CD side of things, this repo will be moved to github.com/duckdblabs and tied into DuckDB CI meaning that it will be available for the next release and all nightly builds.
