Need sustanable way to create, maintain, or redirect software links in validation pdf reports

During testing, I noticed that the PDB-Dev PDBDEV_00000001 link to HHpred is out of date for both full validation pdf report and summary pdf report. It links to https://toolkit.tuebingen.mpg.de/hhpred which shows Page not found! 404 error You have reached a domain of unknown function!

Current working link is https://toolkit.tuebingen.mpg.de/tools/hhpred

In this particular case, the link is provided in the entry. So, fixing it basically means remediation. I'll write a scraper script that goes through all links (dataset and software locations, and other places where we expect actual URLs), which we can run from time to time to monitor the consistency of links.
