Add MP3 codex to mplayer config

Some MP3 radio station did not work due to missing MP3 codec. I got this error message in the log:

audio codec family [mpg123] (afm=mpg123) not available

To fix this, mplayer config file must be altered:

sudo echo "afm=mp3lib" >> /.mplayer/config

This should be added to the wiki.
