fix: make Claude commands Windows-compatible by using subdirectory structure
Renamed all .claude/commands/cg:*.md files to .claude/commands/cg/*.md to avoid Windows filesystem issues with colons in filenames. This follows the same pattern used by Task Master (.claude/commands/tm/). Commands now use /cg/analyze syntax instead of /cg:analyze. Fixes GitHub Actions checkout failures on Windows runners.
