Nano is an almost-instant, feeless cryptocurrency based on the block-lattice structure. There are already two wallets written in JavaScript, canoe and the Nano Wallet Company desktop wallet, although canoe is a light wallet using its own backend.
Please note that syncing a full node takes a while (1-2 hours AFAIK).
