Show warning if GPS accuracy is too low #48
Description
As of 2ecb738, the app will discard location updates that have a horizontal accuracy greater than 10 meters. This should help reduce false alarms (#21), but may also make it seem like the app is not working when there is poor GPS signal. There should be some warning or visual indicator when the location is not accurate enough.
