Background when map doesn't load #42
Description
The app doesn't look great when offline. It's just a black background with a grey bar at the top. It'd be nice to set an explicit background. Suggestions:
- Just a plain background color
- Graticules before dropping the anchor, and then concentric circles showing ft/meters from the anchor.
