Creates empty divs at the bottom of my page

When I use this directive in my code, it creates empty divs at the bottom of my page for every upload element/button/anchor I create above, and these elements sit 2174 pixels below my original element/button/anchor. The divs have an absolute positioning with transparent background and opacity of 0. Any clue what is going on here?
