Release new version

Since this issue is now fixed, could a new version be released to crates.io so downstream crates can take advantage of WASM support?

The only question I have is should it be a major bump? It seems like we updated some major versions of the dependencies..

@s-panferov I'm not super familiar with Valico so I'm not sure what changes have been made since v3.6.1, however, if you're following semver then it would only be needed if a backwards compatible change was introduced, which wouldn't necessarily be the case just because a major version of a dependency was bumped.

Looking at the git commits since v3.6.0 it seems like it's mainly fixes and a couple of features so I would guess that this would be a minor version bump i.e. v3.6.1 -> v3.7.0.

For what it's worth, https://crates.io/crates/schema_registry_converter is also running successfully with 4.0.0-rc.0.
