write tests for Tag/Registry #9
Description
- verify that all tags that are replaced, kept, cloned are assigned after the eval-cycle
- verify non-kept/replaced/cloned tags are garbage-collected after the eval-cycle
- verify non-kept/replaced/cloned tags are not garbage-collected when cycle is rolled back (after error handling: rollback partial evaluations #2 is implemented)
