RFE: Support WEPP CLI breakpoint file as input to WEPPCLIFF

Would you consider supporting WEPP breakpoint .CLI files as an input to WEPPCLIFF, such that the various diagnostics could be run against existing CLI files? I am presently writing a simple conversion script in python to convert the CLI file into the breakpoint CSV WEPPCLIFF uses.

It is possible to do that, and I am totally open to the addition. Can you enumerate what all you think would be good to support? I am assuming quality checking, gap filling, erosivity calculations, generic aggregation, and plotting. Is there anything else?

Thanks, I assume that you would not have anything special to support as far as metrics, it would just be another input format that is supported like csv.
