To date, there is no case where issues with WEPPCLIFF installation, testing, tutorial, or other production commands have not been solved. If you have any trouble at all, ask for help.

My environment is R (4.1.2) and Windows.
I cloned the main WEPPCLIFF folder from Github to the C drive, but I could not find the WEPPCLIFF.R folder mentioned in the REQUIREMENTS of the tutorial. However, when I try to create a new folder named WEPPCLIFF.R within the WEPPCLIFF folder, I get a warning that a folder with that name already exists.
Also, in the tutorial, when I type "Rscript --vanilla WEPPCLIFF.R --args -fr t" into the command pronto, I get a "Fatal error: cannot open file 'WEPPCLIFF.R': No such file or directory".
I'm sorry to bother you, but I'd like to know how to solve this problem.

@HiroyukiYamadaGTUT it sounds like either the download or your attempt to create a folder may have corrupted the source code file WEPPCLIFF.R which should be in the cloned directory. Perhaps there is some sort of security on your computer which prevents source code files from being downloaded? I have to admit that I have not heard of this one before, and I have not been able to reproduce your issue. As you should be able to see here: there is a WEPPCLIFF.R source file in the GitHub repository. Can you delete your cloned WEPPCLIFF folder and reclone the folder? If you do not see WEPPCLIFF.R in the WEPPCLIFF folder, please let me know.

Sorry, I just couldn't find WEPPCLIFF.R because my browser's display settings were set to hide the extension. The code in the tutorial also worked. Thank you.

I’ll have a look at it ASAP. In the meantime can you delete the WEPPCLIFF library folder and rerun the “-fr t” command and let me know if you still have the same problem?

I deleted the WEPPCLIFF library folder, re run the “-fr t” command and I got the same error message Loading R package dependencies... @mperezb1969 I was not able to reproduce your issue. I was able to install WEPPCLIFF with R versions 4.2.0, 4.2.1, and 4.2.2. Can you update your version of R to the latest version to see if this is resolved for you? I can give you some additional instructions to help you attempt to resolve the issue if you still must use 4.2.1.
