Top-level directory listings should not have a .. link #13
Description
To reproduce, start Marknow with default options:
marknow ./sample-site
Browse to the top level directory listing to see that the first entry is a .. link that references a higher directory. However, there's a security check against this in the code, so the link actually has no real effect. It should just not be listed in the first place.
