invalid number of scanned lines

brainflayer shows invalid number of scanned lines after recent changes

1.txt:

0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001
0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000002
0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000003

before changes:

# brainflayer -v -b 1.blf -t priv -x -c uce -i 1.txt
 rate:    339.05 p/s found:     0/3          elapsed:    0.009 s

after changes:

brainflayer -v -b 1.blf -t priv -x -c uce -i 1.txt
 rate:    619.01 p/s found:     0/6          elapsed:    0.010 s

as you can see there are 3 lines in the input file, in second the example it shows 6 instead of 3.
