Support full Emoji Fitzpatrick scale.
Is used as an application to human emojis in order to indicate their skin tone
Full scale can be found here https://unicode.org/emoji/charts-12.0/full-emoji-modifiers.html
Scraper and cache will need to be updated to support updating the object to contain the different scales.
Preferred to be an array with scale code, so winmoji and others can easily filter the object by a common key.
