Confirm errno for ENOTCONN should be 31 vs. 30

I'm using your list, which has been very helpful, but in writing tests I noticed that you skipped errno 30. Was that intentional?

@humphd no, it's an automatic build, but since the last release, libuv has gone from hardwired errno mappings to using system mappings so they are much more difficult to extract automatically.. I just need to come up with a better solution for fishing them out of libuv!

Ah, makes sense. You should put your code to generate the list in here too, or indicate that it's generated. For others hitting this, also note that errno 43 also gets skipped.

generation code is in the repo here, but it doesn't work any sadly; I just need to find some time to come up with a new generator.
