Add option - Dont use header row

Suggestion:

It is not always necessary to add the header roll to the left side of rolls in a response view. If you want to combine rolls in single block in current options you cannot.
It will be nice if you add option NO/OFF "Add header to each roll in responsive view" It will convert rolls to columns block with the same color of the roll (zebra option). Text orientation left (or you can add option for RTL/LTR)
