[BUG] Toggle charging 100% hotkey

Hi,

This hotkey does not work as intended, or its named incorrectly. 

It works activating the `Charge to 100%` option from the menu, but it does not deactivate it if the option is already active. 

I am on macOS Tahoe 26.1
