Low Battery continuous popover when using BatFi?

Every few minutes or so, macOS will show this in the corner of the screen:

It's not wrong in the sense that it's not low on battery - that's accurate; it's at 7%. The problem is this thing showing up every few minutes, unlike the previous macOS versions in which it only showed up as a notification once upon hitting the 10% mark.

This only seems to be happening when using BatFi. However, I can't tell for sure.

Alright, so it might actually just be macOS's fault. It started doing this again with BatFi not running.
