Nodes and docs should include raw path / Support "edit on ..." links

Nodes and document should also include their "raw" path in their API response, not just the "clean" URL used by DSK.

By "raw" I mean something like this:

```

This information can be useful e.g. when creating an "Edit this Page" link.
