feature request for repo_pushes() -- same api as repo_commits()

It would be nice to have similar arguments for repo_pushes() as is available for repo_commits() -- particularly path and author. Though I recall looking at push info before and thinking it would be difficult to get the filename info... so I'm not sure if it's possible. The author information is in the output of repo_pushes() so that seems possible. Thanks!

I am able to add the author argument to filter for who pushed but there isnt any easy way to filter on path (it's not part of the github api). The before and after columns have the start and end git hashes which will contain the path details. I can look into adding those details but it will likely require additional api requests.

The author bit is added and you can try it out with the dev version to try it out.
