Macros - Reload file when no macros have been loaded yet

the menu item Macros -> Reload file should be inactive if no macros have been loaded yet - assuming there is no functionality to reload those macros which you used in your last session.

Strangely enough, there isn't, though I think it would be very handy. So then the behavior would be:

1. If the user specified a macro file with the '-m' flag, use it.
2. If the user loaded a macro file in the previous session, use that.
3. Otherwise, disable the 'Reload' option until a macro file is loaded.

The macros are not stored after a Dact session yet. The reason being that macros are now per window.

Do we want macros to be global? I think per-window macros are strange anyway...
