slack changed the keyboard shortcuts

• edit last message = Ctrl + Up
• backticks don't always work -- this seems like buggy behavior introduced with their new WYSIWYG editor
  • apparently the editor can reformat with a keybinding
    • CMD + SHIFT + F on MacOS
