dashboard isn't quite right #28
Description
I know there are bunch of issues with the dashboard that have been revealed by the large number of proposals we have this time around. However, I think I've found an actual bug:
I've commented on http://vestibule.rubymanor.org/proposals/48 and there have been other comments since, but the proposal doesn't appear in my "These proposals have been updated since you last made a suggestion" and I expected that it would. Without looking I'm assuming that section is only based on the updated_at of the proposal and doesn't include new suggestions, or some time-precise values are being compared to some date-precise ones and things are going weird.
